Absolutely WONDERFUL, Andrés Bravo!
A lot of thanks my dears friends, I only can say Amazing it´s a great musical work, my best regards for ever
Bravi tutti! Very nice!
Beautiful 🎶🎶💕
It's a joy to listen to your performance of this piece. Thank you Benjamin, Mark, Ute and Jolyon!
Félicitations pour votre quatuor, c’est très intéressant cette œuvre, vous avez fait du beau travail 👏
Hard and beautiful work Mount Vernon Music. Proud to be part of it 💕
Very enjoyable, thank you. .... I hope you all got through the Covid pandemic OK!
Lovely performance of a work by a 'forgotten' composer who deserves recognition! Thank you so much for playing and publishing this.
This is one of the most beautiful and lyrical trios, and performance of same, that I have had the extreme pleasure of listening to in very many years of classical music enjoyment.
Bravo Ute and Friends!
Thanks so much, Artarias!
Beautiful version!
Fantastic performance, group. If any of you horn players (reading these comments) attended the Horn Convention at UNT in Denton, TX, (maybe around five years ago), what did you think about straight slurs instead of rips (G in the staff to the G one octasve above that G) in the performance of American Overture? I remember the first time I played it in high school. I looked at the music and knew I was going to rip them. My awesome BD never said anything about slurring them (which would be borrrring). What say you?
Me encantó el minuto 6:00
Absolutely fantastic - the pianist is outstanding he lives through the whole piece. Some people play without emotion, but Evan Mitchell's playing is full of emotion and is perfectly played which is wonderful.
First time I hear this piece of music. It is strikingly beautiful,. I have heard Evan Mitchell playing Beethoven's Piano Concerto no which I really liked from the first chords. Thanks, Evan
When good horns die, they come back as trumpets. When bad horns die they come back as digereedoos. These ones will be trumpets.
😂 I thought they might come back bass trombones! 🤣
The key of this beautiful work is B flat major, not A minor. Thank you for presenting this fine performance!
Thank you for drawing our attention to this mistake. It is corrected now. Glad you liked the performance.
Imagine believing in a virus so contagious and deadly it shuts down the entire planet…..yet wearing a piece of paper over your face will stop it.
I like to start with an up bow
Holding up well after 8 years. Thanks.
Even after 10
Gorgeous! You just made me fall in love with this piece again. What a beautiful recording
Dear Mount Vernon Music, this was absolutely fantastic! I love each of your characters. I was viewing everything first before my students. They are going to enjoy this so very much! I can’t wait to share this with our school. Thank you so very much Mount Vernon Music! Mr. Miller, I will keep in touch with you.
Uta, that was lovely! So glad I happened upon it! Lea
Bravíssimo I Love Elegy , tanks
Wow, that was excellent. Now if I could find 3 other horn players, this is a standard to reach. check out Mark Papaghjin in his horn tribute to John Willians. THAT is a challenge.
Bravo!!!! Loved the concert! Thank you!
Hi everyone, thanks for joining us! I'll be here and available for Q&A toward the end of the show
Awesome! Don’t think I’ve seen an arrangement for strings before.
This is amazing!!! I love how it is arranged for strings. Is it possible to somehow get this arrangement? This is one of my favorite pieces.
Sheet Music Plus has this version in a digital download.
It's really nice to hear.~
'Bottesini - Elegy' is my favorite music. Your performance is so cool, too.
I think that this is Randall Thompson, not Virgil.
Wonderful interpretation of one of the concerts for piano and orchestra that I like the most. Thanks.
Only 5 people in the concerto 😂
What a beautiful mix. Godspeed to friends who touched our lives so deeply.
Lovely. Started my day on a beautiful note. Thanks!
Fantastic pianist. Evan Mitchell. Never 'eard of 'im. Who'd have thought?
Good job 👍
"It" says "3 Comments"----I only see one, but now there are 2? Oops, Is it possible to contact Debbie Ragsdale?? Thank you.
You should be able to find her on Facebook.
I'm so happy to see you play this work.
Thank you so much! It is a fun piece!
Hello from Belgium and thank you for sharing this jolly quartet - it has certainly brightened up my day!
Thank you so much. We are very glad you liked it.
Beautiful concert! And thanks for including the Price.
Thank you for your wonderful arrangement!
Wonderful program. I loved everything you played. If you would like to do this or a similar concert for the Mu Phi Epsilon series - we still have 2 openings: Oct 25 and Nov 1. Like this one, probably not live at the Library. Contact Kimla Beasley at kbeasley@kybproductions.com if you are interested.
Thank you so much, Mary! We would be interested in Oct. 25 for a different program. I will contact Kimla. Look forward to working with MuPhiEpsilon again.
